Customer Service Representative – Cincinnati, OH As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll help people in your community access the financial solutions they need—right when they need it the most. You’ll build connections with a diverse customer base and process transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments while delivering exceptional in‑store experiences. You’ll receive hands‑on training, coaching, and development opportunities to build your long‑term success. Compensation The hourly wage for the position is $15.00–$18.25 per hour. Responsibilities Connect with customers to build lasting relationships. Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately. Provide personalized financial services to fit customer lifestyles. Enter and maintain customer information with precision in a Point of Sale (POS) system. Execute daily call campaigns to build new business. Assist with customer account management and collections, accepting payments and managing appointments. Perform duties outside the office, such as on‑site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing, and participate in in‑store and community events. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards. Maintain office security protocols and manage opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer. Uphold compliance with Company policies, procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations. Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes. Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and navigate multiple tasks to meet performance standards. Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full‑time work schedule with regular in‑person attendance, including weekends (minimum 40 hours per week). Store hours and minimum hours may vary by brand; consult your recruiter for up‑to‑date requirements. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry. Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems. Age 18 or older (19 in Alabama). Background check required; results considered per law. Physical ability to remain stationary up to 90% of the time, move up to 25 pounds, and operate mechanical controls. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience with check cashing, document verification, or money order processing. Cash handling or cash drawer/vault management experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a plus and may be required for certain locations. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; mileage compensated.
