HR Manager

Soni Resources is partnering with a client near Piscataway, NJ, on the search for an HR Manager .


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers across a variety of workplace matters.

• Guide managers through employee issues, workplace concerns, and performance-related situations.

• Coordinate the employee lifecycle, from new hire onboarding through departures.

• Oversee payroll administration and help ensure employees are paid accurately and on schedule.

• Monitor HR policies and practices to support compliance with applicable employment regulations.

• Keep personnel information and HR records organized, accurate, and up to date.

• Assist with HR reporting, internal initiatives, and improvements to existing processes.

• Handle sensitive employee information with appropriate discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.

• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.

• Experience with payroll oversight or administration.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential matters professionally.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
