• Competitive salary starting at $500,000 to $600,000+ annually depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a community-based vascular surgery program
• Perform open and endovascular procedures for aneurysms, carotid disease, dialysis access, limb salvage, and vascular conditions
• Provide medical management and non-surgical interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and interventional radiology
• Supervise advanced practice providers and participate in program expansion
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and disease prevention
• Serve as a clinical faculty member with The Ohio State University
• Participate in institutional service activities and mentorship

What You Need

• Medical license in Ohio or eligible
• Board certification or CAQ in Vascular Surgery
• Relevant clinical experience, ideally with complex vascular cases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a team
