About the Guest Relations Manager position The Guest Relations Manager ensures maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt, cordial attention from arrival through departure. A little taste of your day‑to‑day Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements. Seek verbal feedback from customers regularly and respond to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Keep close contact with guests for feedback, complaints, and compliments and follow up as needed. Manage, record, and resolve guest or customer complaints promptly. Keep other operating departments in the loop with important guest‑relations matters – from Food & Beverage and Maintenance to Housekeeping and Front Office. What we need from you Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure. Managerial experience in a customer‑service function. Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations. A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service.
