Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital part of our team, responsible for engaging with customers, sales staff, and the product development department to ensure excellent service. The role involves managing customer product information, processing orders in SAP, verifying and balancing transactions, and assisting with clerical duties. Fluency in an Asian language is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. The CSR will also handle returns, provide product quotations, maintain customer profiles, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via mail, phone, and in person regarding account status, products, and pricing.
• Process orders and payments accurately within the SAP system.
• Generate credit memos and adjustments as needed.
• Facilitate product returns and exchanges.
• Set up new products and prepare quotations.
• Maintain detailed customer profiles and notes.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Make order adjustments by crediting or re-invoicing items as necessary.
• Resolve customer issues tactfully and efficiently.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete for proper order processing.
• Complete reports and handle special projects timely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry or order processing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional phone manner.
• Ability to work independently with effective problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in an Asian language is required to serve our diverse clientele.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Paramount, CA 90723 (Required)

• Bilingual: English and at least one Asian language (is a plus)
