About Your Role


The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of creative assets for consumer-facing and employee-facing communications across various channels. This position involves contributing to multichannel campaigns, managing content, participating in events, and assisting in the optimization of marketing initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to various aspects of marketing to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of McDonald Automotive Group.


As a newer department, we are in need of an eager, driven team member who can assist with establishing a foundation by creating and maintaining processes as well as finding room for improvement and opportunity. Our team touches everything from website functionality to internal communications and we are looking for someone who is willing to dive into any and all aspects of our company.


Creative Asset Development:

• Assist in the creation of print, digital, and video assets for communications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Multichannel Campaign Execution:
  • Support the execution of multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging and communications across all channels.

Administrative Tasks:

• Support the Marketing team and Store Directors in the execution of events: coordination of vendors, setup/breakdown, gathering content etc.
• Assist team members with Manufacturer requirements including Co-Op Submission, Purchase Orders, Inventory management.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures across all platforms
