A boutique law firm in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience with a general litigation practice, preferably including family law and\/or probate and guardianship matters. The firm is seeking a self-starter and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage cases independently.
Responsibilities may include:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience with a general litigation practice, preferably including family law and\/or probate and guardianship matters. The firm is seeking a self-starter and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage cases independently.
Responsibilities may include:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing case files and maintaining deadlines\/calendaring
- Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, and hearing preparation
- Coordinating filings in state court
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
The firm offers:- 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan after 1 year of employment
- Onsite parking provided
- PTO: 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year and 1 week paid sick leave
- Firm covers payment(s) of continuing legal education requirements and\/or certification dues for the Paralegal
