Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, focusing on developing therapeutic rapport and trust with clients.

• Utilize a psychodynamic approach to help clients who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational issues.

• Encourage clients on their journey toward self-discovery and inner peace by incorporating mindfulness techniques and depth-oriented strategies into sessions.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay current with the latest therapeutic practices and interventions.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as needed, to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of a valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar counseling environment is essential.
