Role Overview: VaYU seeks a dynamic Partnerships Manager to lead collaborations with U.S. colleges and universities. You’ll develop articulation agreements, dual-degree and 4+1 programs, and credit-transfer pathways to drive enrollment and expand academic reach. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage partner institutions Negotiate and manage articulation agreements and MoUs Coordinate with academic and compliance teams for implementation Develop co-branded outreach materials Track partnership performance and report quarterly Represent VaYU at academic events and consortia Serve as liaison to partner admissions and faculty teams Qualifications: 5+ years in higher-ed partnerships or program development Proven success with credit-transfer or dual-degree agreements Familiarity with U.S. accreditation and academic policy Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for yoga, Ayurveda, or Indian Knowledge Systems is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance incentives Direct access to VaYU’s leadership Professional development and wellness benefits Flexible work arrangements and travel support #J-18808-Ljbffr
