Responsibilities

Receive invoices via mail, fax, email and matching with PO
Entering data
High attention to detail
Able and willing to cross-train with other team members
Filing
Fill in for AR department to process invoices
Checking freight charges against approved invoices
Entry level role needing someone interested in learning

Skills

• Quick Accounting
• Planning
• Business operations
• Bookkeeping (2 years of experience is required)
• Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required)
