Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, requesting necessary diagnostics, and creating customized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in conjunction with physicians or independently, based on your credentials
• Informing patients and families about preventive care, wellness strategies, and illness management

Education Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Minnesota
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
