Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to better understand client needs and challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their individual goals, experiences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide efficient crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their family members, equipping them with knowledge and coping strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Conduct regular assessments of therapeutic outcomes to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans when necessary to ensure the highest level of care.

• Engage in continual professional development by staying informed about the latest research, methodologies, and trends in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into client care.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
