 Call Center Representative
Wilshire Law Firm, is a distinguished, award-winning legal practice with over 18 years of experience, specializing in Personal Injury, Employee Rights, and Consumer Class Action lawsuits. - Training Schedule:Â Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (3 weeks)
- Shifts Days: Tuesday -Â Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday.
- Shifts: 10:00am-7:00pm, 12:00pm - 9:00pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am, or 11:00pm - 8:00am
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
- Work with the firmâs intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
- Be a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
- Minimum of two yearsâ experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
- Strong communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
- Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.
- $25.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus incentives
