Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Internal Firm Services - Other Management Level Director Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Google Alliance Driver, Director, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on collaboration to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. You will be instrumental in establishing partnerships with companies to better serve our clients' needs, building relationships that complement PwC's strategy through execution capabilities that allow us to deliver multi-competency programs and solve critical business issues. As a Director, you will translate vision into action, setting the tone and inspiring others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction and actively teaming across the PwC Network. In this role, you will develop and execute business plans, focus on market penetration and revenue growth, and identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment. You will also build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between technology and the Firm, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver multi-competency programs that address client needs Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities and enhance market presence Leading the development of business plans focused on market penetration and revenue growth Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together Identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the Firm Mentoring and guiding teams to cultivate potential and drive business growth Translating vision into actionable strategies that inspire others to follow and achieve organizational targets What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 8 years of experience in Partner & Alliances Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs What Sets You Apart Preference for a Bachelor's degree Translating vision into actionable strategies for business growth Mentoring leaders and cultivating potential within teams Promoting technological advances for thriving environments Developing innovative solutions and driving thought leadership Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success Travel Requirements Up to 20% The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
