A privately-owned, Top 20 global staffing firm headquartered in New York, NY is actively hiring a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to staff their growing internal talent acquisition team.
Important Details:

• 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity
• New York City, NY - Hybrid schedule (2-3 days on-site/week)
• 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
• $85,000-$95,000 base salary with unlimited commission potential
• PTO, 401k Retirement Contribution

Responsibilities include:

• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Screen candidates by seeking to understand their backgrounds and abilities, matching them with open requisitions.
• Document all necessary information in ATS, JobDiva.
• Work closely with managers to understand their teams' hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• Completed Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• 4-5 years of recruiting experience with contract or direct-hire positions
• Previous experience with JobDiva, Bullhorn, or other ATS system
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
