Marketing Manager I/II, HCP - Psychiatry

Responsibilities
- Lead marketing initiatives independently from planning through execution with focus on timely delivery
- Serve as cross-indication digital lead for Veeva Approved Emails and Non-Personal Promotions planning and coordination
- Direct cross-functional teams and agency partners in executing promotional programs while managing timelines and budgets
- Monitor market dynamics and customer needs to optimize marketing strategy and execution
- Drive field engagement and enablement through clear communication of key sales initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Marketing experience demonstrating proficiency across marketing skill areas
- 4-6 years pharmaceutical and/or CPG marketing experience
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and marketing material development
- Digital marketing experience including performance monitoring and optimization
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Strong written and verbal communication with presentation capabilities
