About the Role

Rendara deploys autonomous robots as a subscription service (Robotics-as-a-Service) into hospitality, healthcare, and large commercial facilities.

Demand for our solution is high; once a prospect understands the offering, closing is straightforward.

The challenge isn't selling; it's getting in front of the right decision-makers. We need a hunter who thrives on finding and engaging those people.

This is a light hybrid role. You will be expected in our Costa Mesa office at least once per week, more often as you ramp, and on-site for client meetings and property tours across Southern California as needed.

What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and engage decision-makers at hospitals, senior living facilities, hotels, resorts, warehouses, and large commercial properties across Southern California.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline through cold calling, video outreach, LinkedIn, and in-person prospecting.
• Secure meetings by phone, video, and in person, and conduct on-site tours and product walkthroughs with prospects.
• Own the sales cycle from first contact through close, working closely with leadership on deal strategy.
• Represent Rendara at industry events, site visits, trade events, mixers, and networking opportunities in the region.

Who You Are

• A hunter, not a farmer. You enjoy cold outreach and do not wait for leads to come to you.
• 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, facilities services, SaaS, equipment, or technology sales is preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person prospecting.
• Confident presenting to owners, GMs, facilities directors, and other decision-makers, both in person and remotely.
• Based in, or willing to be based in, Orange County or the greater Los Angeles area.
• Reliable transportation for local client meetings, site visits, trade events, and networking activities.
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving startup environment.

Compensation

$70,000 base salary + uncapped commission
