Clinicians can tailor their caseloads, accommodating between 10 to 30 billable hours weekly, promoting both personal autonomy and professional fulfillment. Although all client services are conducted via telehealth, opportunities for team meetings and consultations are available, whether virtually or in a face-to-face setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations for clients, using the most recent Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) guidelines to inform treatment planning.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy incorporating case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Deliver comprehensive therapy services such as crisis intervention, stress management, couples and family therapy, addictions counseling, and skills training.
\n
• Assess the clinical needs of clients to determine urgency and appropriate therapeutic actions, coordinating care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals when necessary.

• Maintain detailed, accurate records of therapy sessions and prepare necessary documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Participate in clinical team meetings for collaborative discussions on treatment planning, quality assurance, and case reviews, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care.

• Engage in ongoing education and evidence-based practice to sustain a high level of clinical expertise and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges and dual diagnoses. Our therapists work closely with children, adolescents, adults, and families, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your ability to provide tailored interventions will significantly contribute to the overall mental well-being of our clients, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) to practice in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
