Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, life transitions, medication and pain management, as well as end-of-life planning. Your expertise will be vital in helping individuals and families navigate these complexities effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• An active LMFT license to practice in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally with a focus on marriage and family therapy.

• Proficiency in using computers and video-conferencing software; experience with telemedicine platforms is preferred.

• A solid understanding of diagnostic principles, treatment modalities, and methods for rehabilitation related to mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
