Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Joplin, Missouri, working Monday through Friday on 5x8-hour shifts, with OR cases typically running until approximately 2100. After scheduled cases conclude, clinicians transition to home call. Weekday call is structured every third night, with a post-call day off provided and a noon pre-call start; weekend call requires a single physician to cover the entire weekend. Call-back rate is 30-50%, with a required 20-minute return to the facility; call-backs include OR cases, ED traumas, and OB assistance. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
