Property Manager – Bilingual is a Plus

Location: Arcadia / Biltmore
Pay: $28.00–$38.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Property Manager with experience for a residential apartment community in PHX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an apartment community
• Manage leasing, occupancy, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Complete and review annual and interim resident recertifications
• Maintain compliance with applicable affordable housing programs
• Maintain accurate resident files and compliance documentation
• Collect rent and manage delinquency and resident account issues
• Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding work orders, unit turns, and property needs
• Conduct property and unit inspections
• Prepare for compliance reviews, audits, and inspections
• Respond professionally to resident questions and concerns
• Enforce lease terms, community policies, and Fair Housing requirements
• Maintain strong occupancy and resident retention
• Complete reports and other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience
• Knowledge of certifications, recertifications, and compliance documentation
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing requirements
• Property management software experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional and resident-focused approach

Compensation

$28.00–$38.00 per hour , depending on experience.
