Senior Accountant

Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting all parts of our financial reporting process. End-to-end process ownership to support finance and business partners. Understand internal control design concepts to assess the effectiveness of controls and design new effective processes and controls for emerging and growing business activities. Execute judgment and ensure the right decisions are reached to accurately report financial results. Drive projects, provide accounting guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues. Draft technical accounting positions in plain English. Manage accounting projects on an ad-hoc basis Qualifications: 4+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field. Qualified Accountant, (CPA, ACA or equivalent) Knowledge of the internal control framework and understanding of the concepts of control design and operational efficiency. Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills Experience from a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred. Be able to work with multicultural teams and be patient and understanding Be able to work with a fast paced start-up Compensation and Benefits Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The total salary for this position ranges from $76k to $146k annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location. In addition, you may receive benefits depending on the nature of employment, job position, and work location.
