This position ensures smooth and timely implementation by managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively addressing issues. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and organizer who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.Essential FunctionsLead onboarding of Treasury Management payables products for clients.Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders.Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes.Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively.Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceThree to five years of experience in project management activitiesPreferred Skills/ExperienceStrong knowledge of Treasury Management products, customer use cases, and the assigned business line or functional area.Advanced project management skills with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Location expectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits:+ Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)+ Basic term and optional term life insurance+ Short-term and long-term disability+ Pregnancy disability and parental leave+ 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan+ Paid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure)+ Up to 11 paid holiday opportunities+ Adoption assistance+ Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by lawU.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer. Pay Range: $75,820.00 – $89,200.00
