This is a remote position that will allow you to practice telehealth services seamlessly. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused therapy tailored to diverse client situations.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential clinical documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care.

• Engage actively in case consultations and maintain an updated knowledge of advancements in the mental health field through research and ongoing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. As a therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, spanning different age groups and backgrounds. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients understand their mental health disorders, explore available treatment options, and tap into community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent qualification in Psychology.

• Exhibit a strong foundation in solution-focused therapy techniques, effectively adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
