Construction Litigation - Associate Attorney - Midlevel Overview Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, seeks a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles to support its nationally recognized construction law practice. The group’s core practice areas are counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation. Responsibilities Support the construction litigation practice in the San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles offices. Litigate all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes (mechanic’s liens, bonds, and stop notices), and breach of contract claims. Prepare and negotiate construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements; this position includes transactional work. Provide strong written and oral communication to clients and internal teams. Qualifications 3–5 years of construction law or equivalent experience. Experience litigating construction disputes as described above. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills. CA Bar membership is required.
