Prepare and manage discovery documents and oversee deposition processes. Advise clients on legal strategies and guide the litigation process. Attend and participate in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies. Stay current with developments in securities law and regulations. Manage case files and maintain detailed records of case activities and correspondence. Requirements: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in securities litigation. Superior academic credentials. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Barred in California or eligible to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
