This position is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a bustling kitchen environment and is committed to delivering quality dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to produce exceptional dishes daily.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by overseeing culinary operations and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain outstanding food quality by utilizing premium ingredients and adhering to high preparation standards.
- Effectively manage and train both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.
- Develop and adjust staff schedules to align with the restaurant's sales objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and sanitation regulations to uphold a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced breakfast setting.
- Proven track record of managing sales in a high-volume environment, typically ranging between $4-5 million.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and energize a diverse team.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
- A keen attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
