Ideal Candidate Asks good questions, listens thoughtfully, and finds practical ways to turn ideas into action with high consistency Has a keen eye for detail, pattern recognition, and the motivation to create plans that optimize processes Sets a 100% completion bar for themselves Receives feedback that they are too OCD about details but would help improve outcomes Drives for excellence, seeks constant challenges, and thrives in high energy, change‑oriented environments Core Objectives Create standard operating procedures for the management of all training programs, club teams, leagues, camps, and events Manage the procurement process for all company purchases Maintain relationships with apparel partners to secure uniforms and spirit wear Oversee the cloud‑based registration and management system Create and manage contracts with JV partners and coachesApply for and secure all field permits for facilities across programs Coordinate with the CEO to align goals, implement improvements, and strategize changes Requirements and Qualifications Confident in candid communication, assumption of roles and tasks, and reporting impact Capable of making professional decisions in a fast‑paced environment and owning results Goal‑oriented, organized, and a leader Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Self‑motivated and self‑directed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable in both leadership and team‑player roles Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports In‑depth understanding of the company and industry position Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) Working knowledge of computer programs; experience with Google Apps for business preferred but not required Excellent analytical and time‑management skills with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder communication Ability to work remotely with occasional in‑person meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr
