YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Partner with Music Supervisors to build, maintain, and refresh playlist tools for instructors, supporting daily programming, signature series, artist-themed rides, and major cultural campaigns (e.g., Pride, Black History Month) Conduct publishing and label audits to determine music rights for featured artists and playlists Coordinate artist/label visits, music playbacks, and partner meetings at Peloton HQ; manage team calendars, document key partner discussions, and stay on the pulse of music industry trends Handle ad‑hoc playlist curation requests and design engaging creative assets using Photoshop or Canva

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Music Business) and a strong understanding of music rights holders, including major, mid‑tier, and indie labels and publishers A genre‑spanning knowledge of and passion for music, musicians, and live music Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, forward‑thinking approach to managing tight deadlines, complex workflows, and calendars in a fast‑paced environment An independent problem‑solver with basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva), an eye for detail, and a deep passion for music, pop culture, health, and fitness Outstanding communication skills, a team‑first mindset, and full alignment with Peloton’s #TogetherWeGoFar ethos The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.As an organization, one of our top priorities is to maintain the health and wellbeing for our employees and their family.
