You'll help create high-quality steel and aluminum components used in products like storage systems and climbing equipment.

What You'll Do

• Operate Mig welding equipment to produce steel and aluminum parts
• Set up machines, adjust settings, and replace wire spools and tips
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Load/unload parts on production lines
• Grind and clean welds as needed
• Track daily production and report material shortages
• Report equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Basic Mig welding experience (entry-level candidates encouraged!)
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Welding certification
• Flux core welding or fabrication experience
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

Shift:

2nd Shift Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

• Overtime available

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
