Job Title: MIG Welder / Fabricator
City and State: Huntley, IL
Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Summary:
Join a fast-paced fabrication team producing metal components for hydraulic reservoirs, tanks, and structural steel weldments. This role focuses on MIG welding, fabrication, and quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on steel components according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures
Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and measuring tools

Qualifications:

Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience working with steel components in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
Ability to safely operate fabrication tools and equipment
