Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience totake depositions, interview witnesses, write motions, and analyze employment law matters involvingharassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
