Job Title: Business Analyst Foreign Exchange
Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Product Development group for foreign exchange (FX) trading. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building out a target operating model for our front office trading platforms, including Execution Management Systems (EMS), Order Management Systems (OMN) and Portfolio Management Systems (PMS). This role requires a deep understanding of front office trading systems, FX markets and technical acumen to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Admin, IT or a related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets sector, with a focus on front office trading systems and FX trading.
Strong knowledge of EMS, OMS and PMS platforms and their role in trading operations
Demonstrated experience in developing target operating models and implementing process improvements
Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
Technically savvy with the ability to understand system architectures, data flows and integration points
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
Target Operating Model Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document the target operating model for front office trading
- Analyze current state processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement best practices for EMS, OMS and PMS integration & usage
Business Analysis
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from front office trading teams and other relevant stakeholders.
