Sr. Billing Specialist (x's 2) POST NUMBER: 484687
$66.56k - $83.2kThe Sr. Billing Specialist is responsible for handling/processing a high volume of complex bills while working between different internal teams and attorneys. Looking for 5 years of billing experience in a law firm environment.
Some weekend work during end of Q4. Compensation: $32-$40/hourlyLocation: 3 days/week on-site in Dallas, TX (75201) OR Tampa, FL (33610) Key Responsibilities:
- Process client bills via Aderant software.
- Research and answer billing questions.
- Review and edit pre-bills in response to attorney and secretary requests.
- Handle and process a high volume of complex bills.
- Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.
Must Haves:
- 5 years of progressive billing experience in a law firm environment
- Versed in handling processing high volumes of complex bills
- Strong in ad hoc reporting for attorneys
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
