For more than 30 years, Burnetti, P.A. has proudly served injured individuals and families throughout Florida. We are seeking a compassionate, customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Intake Specialist to join our Lakeland office. This role is often the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first conversation. What you'll do Answer inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism, empathy, and respect. Gather and document important information regarding potential legal matters. Accurately enter and maintain client information in the firm's case management system. Monitor, organize, and update intake records and documentation. Provide outstanding customer service while building rapport with callers. Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a seamless intake process. Perform additional administrative and intake-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Previous call center experience required. Strong customer service, communication, or sales experience. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and compassion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
