Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive – Enterprise Payments & Commerce Platform A fast-growing global commerce technology organisation is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business across large, complex enterprise customers. The platform is trusted by leading global brands across retail, hospitality, gaming, travel, foodservice, education, healthcare, and financial services. The solution enables secure, scalable, and consistent payment experiences across in-store, online, and mobile channels, built on a unified global technology stack with strong API integration and advanced security standards. This is a pure enterprise hunter role, focused on winning net-new logos and managing complex, consultative sales cycles from pipeline creation through to close. This role is responsible for acquiring large enterprise customers with complex, multi‑location and multi‑region operations. You will lead high‑value, multi‑threaded sales cycles involving senior stakeholders across business, technical, operational, and executive functions. Engagements are typically long‑cycle, RFP‑driven, and highly strategic. The role includes both direct enterprise sales and partner‑led opportunities across ISVs, acquirers, financial institutions, and ISO channels. Key Responsibilities Self‑generate and develop new enterprise‑level opportunities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close Manage RFPs, security reviews, and formal procurement processes Build ROI‑driven business cases and tailored value propositions Drive both direct and partner‑influenced enterprise deals Develop senior stakeholder relationships across the payments ecosystem Collaborate with internal product, solutions engineering, and implementation teams Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy Requirements 7–10 years’ experience in enterprise software, payments, or FinTech sales Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals Strong experience in consultative, RFP‑led, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles Demonstrated ability to self‑source and close new enterprise business Experience working with ISVs, acquirers, financial institutions, or ISO channels Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Highly self‑driven, structured, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments Willingness and ability to travel as required #J-18808-Ljbffr Realtime Recruitment
