Customer Service Representative with FirstEnergy/Mon Power

Fairmont, West Virginia On-Site $18/hour, M-F Schedule Description

After completing 6-8 weeks of paid training, you will be comfortable with:

Handling incoming calls from existing customers
Answering customer service-related questions
Resolving customer inquiries
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting customers with billing issues
Taking payments and assisting customers with payment options

Education and Experience Open Interviews 8/27 Customer Service Representative with FirstEnergy/Mon Power

HS Diploma/GED
Previous Customer Service Experience

Starting pay of $18 per hour with an increase after conversion
