We will be doing "Walk-in" open interviews on Wednesday, 8/26 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at our FirstEnergy office, address below. Please dress professionally, bring 2 copies of your resume with you and your I.D.

Key Responsibilities
After completing 6-8 weeks of paid training, you will be comfortable with:
- Handling incoming calls from existing customers
- Answering customer service-related questions
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with billing issues
- Taking payments and assisting customers with payment options
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED
- Previous Customer Service Experience
