In-Home Sales Representative
Bathroom Remodeling | Nassau, Suffolk, Queens & Brooklyn
Full-Time | 100% Commission-Based | $150,000–$200,000+ Earning Potential

Bath Planet of Metro NY is redefining the bathroom remodeling experience by providing homeowners with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath solutions designed to improve comfort, safety, and quality of life.
With over 26 years of industry experience and a nationally recognized brand, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated  In-Home Sales Representatives to serve homeowners throughout  Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn .

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, present customized bath solutions, and guide customers through the buying process.
This is a high-impact sales opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow up through company systems.
• Participate in weekly sales training to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout  Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn .
