Are you friendly, organized, and someone who enjoys helping others? At Sunol Creek Memory Care, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a dependable Front Desk Associate to create a warm and welcoming experience for residents, families, and visitors while supporting daily administrative operations. What You’ll Do
- Welcome Guests: Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer Phones: Respond to inquiries and direct calls promptly and courteously.
- Support the Team: Assist with filing, scheduling, data entry, data logging, and other clerical tasks.
- Provide Tours: Give welcoming and engaging community tours to prospective residents and families.
- Maintain the Front Desk: Keep the reception and lobby areas organized, clean, and inviting.
- Be a Team Player: Provide additional front desk support when needed and available.
What You’ll Bring
- Friendly & Professional: Create a positive first impression and welcoming environment.
- Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Organization: Multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a busy environment.
- Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, and data logging is preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred.
- Dependability: Be reliable and ready to support residents, families, and your team.
