Job Summary: We’re hiring motivated Outbound Collections Representativesto support a major credit card portfolio. In this role, you’ll help customers navigate account questions while working collaboratively to resolve past-due balances — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Pay Rate: $21 per hour Onboarding Date: September 11, 2026 Training Start Date: September 14, 2026 Training schedules can be 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10-7, 2pm-11pm, depending on business need Production runs 7 days a week. Schedules will vary with business needs, including evenings and weekends. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILIABILITY Work Setting: Onsite at our Charlotte Call Center What You’ll Do: Connect with customers via inbound calls Resolve account inquiries and explain payment options Negotiate payment arrangements and secure commitments Carefully review account details to ensure accuracy Document conversations clearly and thoroughly Meet performance goals in quality, compliance, and recovery What Makes You a Great Fit? 1+ year of customer service, collections, or call center experience Strongattention to detail— you don’t miss the small stuff Confidentnegotiation skillswith a solutions-focused mindset Genuineempathyand professionalism in sensitive conversations Ability to stay calm, positive, and goal-driven Education Requirements: High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required. Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
