About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Channel Partnerships and Strategic Alliances to lead the expansion of its legal AI ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and owning the end-to-end partnerships strategy, including channel and reseller, technology and ISV integrations, and strategic AI/cloud alliances. This role requires a proven track record in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership, with a focus on securing high-value integrations and alliances. The SVP will also be tasked with building and leading a team to scale the function, driving cross-functional execution, and owning partner-sourced revenue. Applicants must have a builder's mindset, with experience in designing and operating a partnerships function, and be adept at both channel/reseller motions and complex strategic alliance negotiations. The role demands an individual with executive presence, capable of communicating ecosystem strategy and results at the highest levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team building, including hiring, coaching, and leading a partnerships or business development team. A proactive, results-oriented approach is essential, as is the ability to work closely with product, sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure the success of partner integrations and deals.
