Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licenses to practice independently as one of the following:

  \n - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional licenses or past disciplinary actions will be accepted.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding toward clients' experiences.

• Proficiency in operating cloud-based technology and telehealth systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on hours worked and client load. Full-time therapists can also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend to assist with personal health insurance costs. Payments are disbursed on a weekly basis via direct deposit, ensuring financial stability as you focus on your clients.
