Your focus will include: Driving sales growth and profit margins to meet and exceed targets Coaching technicians to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service Conducting ride‑alongs to mentor and develop team members in real time Managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient and effective team performance Supporting technicians with on‑site challenges and problem‑solving Delivering ongoing training and development programs Fostering a positive, motivating, and accountable work culture Collaborating closely with leadership to maintain clear communication and operational alignment What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry Proven experience in management and sales leadership Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated , goal‑oriented, and results‑driven Passion for helping others grow and succeed Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Who You Are You’re a leader who leads by example.
