Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians, ensuring efficient and timely service for our clients. The Service Coordinator will also manage data processing for inventory, billing, purchasing, and estimating smaller service projects. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians using BuildOps software to ensure timely and effective response to customer needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling, service details, and updates.
• Process work order data for purchasing, inventory, accounts payable, and billing, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards.
• Estimate costs and timelines for smaller service projects, delivering accurate quotes to clients.
• Communicate with internal departments, technicians, and customers to resolve any service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the commercial HVAC or plumbing service industry, with a focus on customer service or coordination.
• Education: Minimum of two years of higher education, ideally with some coursework in accounting or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with dispatch software like BuildOps and Sage.
• Competencies:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data processing.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
