Step into a vital role supporting K-12 students as a contract Physical Therapist for a school-based setting near Woonsocket, RI. This part-time assignment offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference for a focused caseload of 16 students. With just one day per week and two hours worked weekly (eight hours monthly), you’ll provide essential therapy services while maintaining exceptional work-life balance.

Start date is as soon as possible, running through June 16. You’ll collaborate with educators and families dedicated to seeing each student thrive, all while receiving strong support and highly competitive compensation between $45 and $50 per hour.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Rhode Island
• Experience in school-based therapy preferred
• Familiarity working with K-12 populations and a variety of student needs
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy for a diverse caseload of 16 K-12th grade students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and regularly monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s developmental and academic goals
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and district documentation requirements
