Digital Strategist

LHH is currently recruiting for a Digital Strategist for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of digital marketing experience, a strong understanding of client service environments, and a proven ability to translate business goals into measurable digital performance. Agency experience is highly preferred, and professional services experience is also strongly preferred. This is a hybrid opportunity at our client’s office in the Dallas area. Responsibilities Develop digital strategies for clients across website optimization, SEO, and broader digital marketing initiatives. Assess client goals, audience behavior, current digital performance, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and shape recommendations. Provide strategic guidance on website improvements, content structure, user experience, conversion paths, and search visibility. Create actionable recommendations and roadmaps that align digital efforts with client business objectives. Lead and project manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met. Partner with internal and external teams to coordinate execution across digital channels and web-related projects. Monitor campaign, website, and SEO performance to evaluate results, identify trends, and recommend optimizations. Present strategic insights, updates, and performance recommendations clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders. Drive measurable results by continuously refining strategy based on data, performance insights, and evolving client needs. Stay current on digital trends, platform changes, SEO best practices, and emerging tools to bring fresh thinking to client work. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, SEO, web strategy, or a related field. Agency experience highly preferred. Professional services industry experience highly preferred. Proven ability to build strategic recommendations that improve website performance, search visibility, and overall digital results. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Strong understanding of SEO principles, website strategy, digital marketing channels, and performance measurement. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
