Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Investigate discrepancies and develop procedures to eliminate them
  
  
• Print, verify accuracy and distribute daily revenue reports
  
  
• Audit all point-of-sale systems daily for accuracy and completeness
  
  
• Participate in fast paced month end process
  
  
• Prepare and post journal entries
  
  
• Accounts Payable Processing and understanding of month end accruals
  
  
• Support cross training within the department
  
  

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Extremely detailed, organized, and accurate
  
  
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  
  
• Must be able to work well under pressure
  
  
• Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to work with multiple systems
  
  
  
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and interact well with departmental managers, guests and other associates
  
  
  

Education and/or Experience

• High School graduate or general education degree (GED)
  
  
• College level accounting classes is preferred
  
  
• Accounting degree a plus
  
  
• Hospitality experience a plus
