Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records while adhering to legal standards and ethical considerations.

• Participate in collaboration with other healthcare professionals in the treatment of clients, enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with clients across different demographics, customizing your approach to provide effective therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of experience in clinical counseling or a related setting.

• Proficient use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and familiarity with technology used in remote therapy.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to the mental health field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport building with diverse client bases.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year , complemented by performance-based bonuses.
