Key Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized modalities tailored to each resident's needs.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress and potential barriers.
• Provide education for residents and their families on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and preventive care to support ongoing health in daily life.
• Stay current with industry regulations, maintaining compliance with all relevant state and federal guidelines and professional standards.
